We will price match any offer as long as it does not go below our manufacturer's minimum advertised price or our cost. To request a price match, process your order and then send us an email. Subject: Price Match Request. Include link to item on other website.
Most backordered items are annotated that they are on backorder and the estimated date the item will be back in stock. However sometimes the manufacturer does not notify us until they receive the order. If this happens you will be notified via email that your item is on backorder and the estimated date the item will ship from the manufacturer. If your item is on backorder, your credit card will be charged/captured within 7 to 10 days of the order due to credit card companies' strict temporary authorization policies. Once your card is charged your order is placed with the manufacturer and your order is guaranteed to ship when the manufacturer receives its shipment.
We offer one of the best return policies for an online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.
Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund. In addition, some of our manufacturers charge a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Our manufacturers typically charge between 15-30% as a restocking fee.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as well as any restocking fees imposed by the manufacturer.
We highly recommend that you purchase insurance when shipping the package back in case the product is damaged during the return shipment. You will be responsible for any damages that occurs during a return shipment, unless we issue the return label.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. They must be returned in resellable, new condition. We cannot accept returns that have been assembled or modified.
We package our items securely and work hard with our manufacturers to ensure items are packaged to withstand shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, or arrives missing parts, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery. (Most shipping companies limit claims to 48 hours of delivery)
Keep all original packaging until we notify you to either discard the product or that we will issue a call tag for pick-up.
If the item is damaged, we will make every effort to send you the necessary replacement parts or replacement item as quickly as possible.
We will accept payments made by Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Purchase Order and Money Order.
We collect sales tax when the billing address is in the state of New York.
